Why, why, why does Microsoft insist on removing functionality from the Mac version of Outlook and leaving it in the Windows version? Surely it is just a matter of coding the solution native to the OS? I am not sure if it is some mistaken belief that Mac users will decide to switch to a PC, or maybe it's a legacy of the conflict between the two companies. All it results in is a poor and frustrating experience for your customers. And the conclusion from that - particularly now there are new email platforms like SuperHuman, Humm, and Spark that are far more user-friendly and free services from Google that replicate all the core Word, Excel and PowerPoint tools - is that Microsoft does not care about its customers and it's time to port to another solution.

You no longer have the dominant share of voice or monopolistic dominance in software platforms so need to sort this out. Become more customer focused and delight us, not annoy us.

Such BS that there isn't parity between Mac and PC versions of this software. All it succeeds in doing is make me prioritise my move from Exchange to GSuite servers so I can finally leave Outlook behind.

You offer this on PC, but not on Mac. Yet another example - of many - of your two-tier system for supporting your paying customers.

I've had about all I can take of this approach and think I will need to port my exchange server over to G-Suite, where are there are no such differences between the experience on a Mac or a PC.

Completely agree. This is a file type that has existed in one form or another since 1972! Outlook on a PC supports this format. If I open Outlook on the web I can export to CSV (although that comes with a whole other set of limitations).

Every CRM and mailing list application I am aware of (MailChimp, HubSpot, SalesForce, Marketo, etc, etc) supports CSV. None of them support OLM.

Why have you created a unique format for Outlook running on a Mac? It smacks of a petty part of your competition with that superior computer manufacturer. And the fact that this request has now existed for 2 years and you've done nothing about it suggests it's not a priority and you're not going to fix it any time soon.

This was the last straw. I am going to take steps to move my entire SME business account away from Exchange and on to Google for Business instead.
