I completely agree with this suggestion. We are considering using Microsoft Bookings to replace our current scheduling service, and this is a complaint among our users who have seen our test implementation of Bookings. We only offer one service, so it does not make sense for that service name to be all over the calendar. It would be more helpful to see the customer name.

I would also like to see minutes or fractions of an hour be allowed for the minimum lead time setting. One hour is not enough lead time for me, but two hours is too much. The booking/scheduling site I used before allowed me to set a 90-minute lead time.
