    Adding my agreement here. I understand that Microsoft needs to market their products, but there should be a way to dismiss the notice.

    I use Office in a very, very large organization so upgrading isn't an option even if I wanted to - so the ad is completely useless not only to me but to you.

    Give your head a shake, Microsoft.

    Hey all, thanks for your feedback. We changed the pinned items to occupy less space so that you could still see new messages in your inbox even if you had a lot of pinned items.

    We assumed that by pinning the items, you would know what the email was about so you’d need less information on the message.

    We’ll track this item and figure out whether we want to change it in the future.

    Unless I am missing something, I no longer see the senders' names in the inbox list for flagged conversations, which makes this product unusable for me. Showing the sender's image is not in any way a solution to this problem.
