I have already made mistakes with my commitments to other managers, as a result of assuming that the top most of 3 "Top Results" was the most recent.
I'm really not sure how it was decided to a) make a 'top results' in the first place, and b) sort it DIFFERENTLY from the "All Results" below it. But I find it counterintuitive and difficult to use.
Undermines my trust in search. I wish my company had opted for Gmail -- I know how Google's search works. And it really works.
