The only way I can open Preview of PDFs now in any Chrome-based browser (CrEdge included) is to turn on "Download PDFs instead of automatically opening them in Chrome" setting (chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments). This is a headache because other PDFs then require direct download. Reported to the Chromium team, and they said Outlook in O365 does not use the built in PDF renderer in Chrome, so that is one issue...

Simple functionality that worked before "New" OWA. Please fix both of these problems.

I constantly have to click out of the Inbox and into it again to see new emails. This is a horrible way to work in webmail that used to always be the fastest solution to seeing new emails.

Still a problem. I don't get emails unless I switch out of the folder and back in. I get notification that an email arrives, but clicking on it just selects the first available in my inbox, which hasn't been refreshed until I refresh the page. -_-

Reported a bug in Chromium bug: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1084017#c11

The status was changed to "WontFix" because this is due to Outlook not using Chrome's internal PDF Viewer (which works fine when "Download instead of previewing" is turned on.

Last comment on that from Chromium team:
"I was able to confirm the reported behavior with 85.0.4148.0.

It's worth noting that outlook.office365.com is not using Chrome's internal PDF viewer to show a PDF mail attachment. The UI is nothing like Chrome's PDF viewer; this is something custom provided by office365.com. Their change in behavior when they detect this newer version of Chrome is an issue to raise with Office365."

Sent mail shows at top of every wrong thread after sending an email. It gets confusing when I swap emails and still see the one I sent to another person at the top of the thread I just replied to.

Definitely want to see the last thing mentioned in the email, not the last one I received. That was one of the golden things of using OWA instead of the Outlook Desktop App, so I don't have to wonder what was last said or click into "Related Messages" to see what I responded.

Emails get threaded incorrectly until refresh of the page. If I'm going through my emails, I see emails in threads they don't belong to until I refresh the page. I have to refresh to get emails in my list as well. It's not responsive anymore like the classic OWA.

Same happens with a simple refresh of the page as well. Sort goes back to default. I want to sort always by Priority.

Reloading page removes "Sort by" importance - sets back to "Sort by" Date (default)
