PLEASE could you provide an option to disable the automatic calendar appointment icons/charms? I can see how this might be a fun addition for a personal calendar, but it really isn't useful as a business user. Removing the icons/charms for each and every calendar appointment (sometimes multiple times within the same appointment) wastes a lot of precious time for someone working in a busy office managing an Executive's heavily-booked daily schedule. It also takes up valuable space in the meeting/event title, making it harder to view the day’s or week’s schedule at a glance, particularly when viewing multiple calendars at a time. It is not very professional or business-like to send calendar appointments to Professors, Deans, PVCs, Company Directors, CEOs etc. with icons/charms attached, so until there is an option to disable this feature, I am stuck with constantly clicking them off every single day. Such a simple update would make such a big difference. Thank you.

I completely agree. I often work with multiple calendars, and the charms take up valuable space! And removing them one by one from every calendar appointment creates a lot of extra work. Please provide an option to completely disable the automatic charms!

It would be really useful to view all of the appointment details for calendars that have been shared with you. For some reason this functionality has been removed recently and I can only view the time and title of appointments, even though the owners of these calendars have shared full details with me, and I used to be able to view full details with the new O365 web version a month or so ago. Please bring it back! Thanks so much.

Agree - and I also can't open both calendars separately as a workaround. I'm currently using my bosses delegated calendar in Google Chrome, and my own calendar in Internet Explorer and switching between the two depending on who's calendar I need to create/edit/RSVP appointments for. Not a very efficient way to work! Please bring back functionality to perform all calendar tasks for multiple calendars in the one window. Thank you

The new Outlook 365 web version used to have BETTER delegate access than the desktop/old online versions (over Jan, Feb and early March 2019 I could view, edit, create and RSVP to both mine and my bosses appointments in the one calendar - I didn't have to toggle between the two calendars) but this has now disappeared in the last week or so (late March 2019). I'm back to using the desktop and web versions to perform these tasks, and toggling between calendars and different O365 versions depending on whether I am creating/editing/responding to my own calendar appointments, or on behalf of my boss. It's a very inefficient way to work!

Access to delegated calendars has been lost as at 27.03.2019. Can no longer edit or view full details of meeting appointments. Please fix ASAP! Cannot complete simple Executive Assistant tasks without it.

No need for clicking the 'edit' button every time you open a calendar appointment. If a calendar appointment is opened, I think it's safe to say it's because it needs to be edited? It just adds an extra step, and I update a high volume of calendar appointments every day, so this adds up to a lot of extra clicks!
