2. You cant drag contacts between to, cc and bcc. The layout of outlook is less user friendly.

   In the past I was able to move emails from To, BCC to CC etc. but know it looks as this is no longer possible.

   Please could you make sure that it is easy to move email addresses from To, CC and BCC.
