   Much needed addition. I have ten email accounts that need to be in one unified/merged inbox. Have done this once in outlook 2016, but an outlook repair destroyed all my mail settings. I cannot track down the original thread that used rules to do this.

   Re: Unified InBox - 1,000 company employees = 1,000 Email Addresses. 1,000 VirginMedia UK Users = 8,000 Email Addresses? Probably the same for Sky UK Users etc... We all use multiple EMail addresses - eBay, Amazon, Bank, Family Members etc for clarity. Cheers
