    Being able to indicate that you are not in the office is important. But it would then be very useful if a meeting organizer who wants the meeting to be in-person (eg 1:1 or a all day workshop) would be able to see 'in the office' info in the free-busy.

    It would also be very helpful if there was a way to aggregate the data for return to work reporting and logistical planning.

    And when there are several meeting rooms, please make sure to show them all. The same applies to the Outlook mobile experience too. Think about it - when you are being reminded to attend a meeting - the only information you need to know at that point is where you need to go (assuming you already agreed to attend, so know what the meeting is about and who else is going). So please make this easier to see in the reminder.
