I don't understand how this isn't a permanant feature of Outlook for windows.
I'd also like to suggest that there should be the ability to reschedule the reminder from the Task Reminder window instead of having the limited 15m before start, 1 hour, 1 day etc options in the drop down.

I'd second this, as the 'ignore' option simply puts all future messages into the deleted folder!
@Zach Greenwood: have you tried setting up a rule so that the messages all go into a subfolder which you can review later and delete if they aren't relevant? That way your inbox will stay sparkly but you won't lose the messages unless you delete them. HTH, Su.

Hello all,
While this request is being reviewed for future consideration please try this workaround solution:
• Click on the Deleted Items Folder
• Click on View tab on the command bar
• Choose “Change View – Manage View” command on the command bar
• Click “New” in the right to create a new
• Name the view “Calendar”
• Pick the Day/Week/Month “type of view”
• Click OK. Now you should get dialog that lets you customize the view.
• Now click on Columns –
Change the select available fields in bottom-left to All Appointments Fields
Select the “Start” field on the left and Click Start → on the right.
Select the “End” field on the left and Click End → on the right.
Click OK
• Click on Filter…
Click on the “Advanced Tab”
Click on the Field Drop Down – All Mails Field – “Message Class”

I totally agree. I have to hold off making updates to the notes area because I don't want the meeting delegates being innundated with updates every time I add a new note and this means I have to have a second way of recording any updates which duplicates my workload!

I just discovered that if you right click on the item in the pop up window that you get a mark complete menu item!!! When these ideas are proposed, if the solution is already there why aren't the moderators feeding that back and updating the thread??
