I'd like to see this improved as well. I notice that in none of the Default Street Addresses provided by Outlook for Mac 2016 in 'Contacts' for any country allow for the 'Suburb' to be entered as a separate field. This seems an odd oversight.

Why can't 'People' just be called 'Contacts', in line with just about every other address book type app? It would also be nice if some alternating banding could be used in the 'Notes' section to allow for ease of entry and also reading. There is an expanse of white space at the moment which is disconcerting. Similarly in the main 'Contact' tab, it would be nice to have the fields highlighted in some way, again to allow ease of navigation and reading. But keep up the good work, so far.

Agreed, this would be worthwhile. Mac CRM offerings run from 'just OK' to mediocre. Adding this to Outlook for Mac would strengthen the product and enhance its desirability in the market.
