I like to see all my "unread" emails in my inbox, BUT after reading it and replying to it, I would like for the email to be filed in a folder I've created. Outlook needs an option in the "Rules Wizard" to:
When I get an email ... :from "Sam"
Do the following ..."After reading"
"Move the file to"
"Select the folder"
By creating these options, I can see all my unread emails in one folder, or organized the way I've created, and then after processing them (read and/or replied) to, they will automatically be filed in the folders I've created so I can easily find them in the future if needed.
