I recently started using the "Task" and "To-Do" feature in Outlook. I like the concept but I wish I could color code the tasks or create umbrella folders to organize better. For example, I organize multiple trips at a time. I would like to have a "New York" list where all the tasks I need to do for that are listed and then have a second list for my California trip.
It would also be useful to not only be able to move the order of my tasks but to be able to drag them into the list that i need.
For example, Im in my email, I create a new task from the little icon then I go into my "To-Do" later and drag it into my "New York" list.Kristen supported this idea ·
