My favorite Outlook feature on Windows is the ability to define rules that conditionally format messages in my inbox (e.g., if sender is X, message appears in red; if my name is in the to line, make italic; etc.). Please provide this functionality in Outlook for Mac to ensure feature parity between the two platforms. Thanks.

The alternative is adding "URGENT:" to your subject line, and that's just tacky.

This is essential in the business environment. If I had $5 for every time I had to obnoxiously type "URGENT:" at the beginning of my subject line from an email sent through this app, I could probably hire the developer to add this feature myself.

I'm shocked this isn't an option. For business professionals, this is a useful feature. The current work around is to add "URGENT:" to the beginning of the subject line, which makes me look like a pompous jerk.

I'd honestly rather see that functionality go away in all email clients... so frequently used wrong.

I think that this is a great feature, but I also think it would be necessary to have some way to flag individuals as VIPs and override this functionality. Example: if someone who reports to me sends me an email, I want to know about it immediately in case they need my help.

I would love to be able to, on an ad-hoc basis, decide I didn't want to receive notifications from this app. If I want to check email, I would need to actually enter the app.

This would be amazing. If we also got VIP functionality, the ability to decide if a VIP message overrides the weekend mode would also be cool.

I'm kinda shocked this hasn't been done already. If you can make the rest of our folders sync, you'd think it would be technically easy to make the drafts folder sync...

If I could count the number of times I've started an email on my phone, forgot this wasn't a feature, and then tried to find it on my laptop......

I'm not an iOS developer, but since this functionality also exists for all other folders I would think this would be an easy enhancement... right?? Just copy the functionality from the Sent folder and add it to the Drafts folder.

Hey everyone! Thank you for your patience and apologize for any frustrations. While All bugs have been resolved on Apple’s end, the spell checker inside the app is linked to your device and keyboard settings. However, due to limitations in the Outlook mobile app, this feature is currently only available when using the quick reply option. To vote / comment on the spellcheck feature in the compose screen please go to the following link: https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/293349-outlook-for-ios/suggestions/34198510-spell-check-in-the-compose-screen-view

If you have any questions, please contact us inside the app at Settings>Help & Feedback> Contact support we look forward to assisting you. :-)

I'm not sure if this enhancement request is to improve the existing feature of scheduling emails I've received for a later time or if adding the ability to type a message but not actually have it sent to others until a specific time. If it's the latter, this is an urgent feature for many business users and would enhance the app very much.

Unacceptable that this isn't already available.
