Great idea to block upper level domains like .xyz and .ru! Probably won't happen since it would reduce Microsoft's click counts.

I get many many emails from variable sources with the sender's email ending in .xyz. I have never received anything but phishing schemes or anything useful in any way shape or form from any source at .xyz, but when I try to setup a blocking address of *@*.xyz it is rejected with a message that says "Error-Either the Email Address or Domain Name isn't formatted properly". I just want to block any and all emails sent from the .xyz domain.

Why do I now have to verify with Drop Down Box before items are marked as read, and before items are deleted. Also items are not cleared when blocked, they show up again in Deleted email box until they are cleared for the third time by selecting Delete Forever, which also requires a verification in yet another drop down box. Are you making advertisers pay by total system clicks by all users?
