When I search a folder, usually I just want to see what's in that folder, not my entire mailbox. Please make the default behavior to search only the selected folder, but give me the option to search the entire mailbox.

I need to see a person's office location so I can find them without having to call them, or visit the receptionist

When I select a folder and then use Search to find an email, it should only search the current folder and sub-folders. Currently it returns results from all folders.
