  2. Enable right-click on Mail or Calendar icon to "Open in New Window" to mirror the Outlook 2016 for Windows version

    In the conversation view, I don’t like new mail being at the bottom. Need an option to reverse and put the latest mail in a conversation at the top, like Gmail does.

    current functionality appears to be "view only" when looking at people. need to be able to manage records as well.
