Obviously this is a recent problem. So Outlook has caused it when making a recent change. That is a place to start looking for a solution. But even if you are not going to address this problem now (or even ever) at least have the courtesy to explain how subscriptions get added without our approval! Then perhaps we, as customers, can change something on our end to stop this problem. Please address it!

I agree that this is a major problem. Why won't Outlook address how subscriptions get added? Explain the process EVEN if you are not going to do anything about it.... Then perhaps we can figure out what we can do to stop it as customers. Of course that assumes that Outlook will ignore this problem.... It is a shame. Please address the problem by explaining how it is happening!
