Yes a permanently option is a must. Either shift delete or some extra check option.

Its annoying and wasteful to always delete then go to the recovery folder to delete again. I'm happy with the risk of loss. I'm not happy with the information risk of deleted items left around.

As per many of the comments. Revised UI (June 2019) just consumes to much space, over sized fonts and white washed with white space. The actual work areas is too small.

Less needless gadgets and UI clutter please.

When viewing an email the To, From, and CC are NOT clearly visible or concise with what is presented. The human is forced through many clicks to get to valuable information about the messages, e.g. phishing type indicators.

To - was it sent to me, or someone else. Don't link to my general email contact details as that doesn't show the TO address actually used, e.g aliases.

From - the from is hidding behind graphics and a name which hides the actual sender.

CC - only half the list is displayed and I have to click to see additional details.

The whole experience make processing the email harder with prettieness and perceived convience dominanting real information presentation. The graphic presentaiton also dominates 1/3 of the vertical view focing the important body part to be constantly scrolled to read.

Suggest: Provide a basic and classic email view mode. Standard headers fields, not translated into obscurity, and more visual space for the actual mail content not rarely use menu and Outlook presentation aspects.
