Please bring back the Add-In, ”My Templates”. It disappeared today (05/03/2019) after an Outlook 365 software update.
I had TONS of data stored in that add-in and use it regularly. I didn't receive any advance notice that it would be removed. :-(
This would be soooooooo awesome for searching my client data base for a missed office call phone number!

If I save a Meeting, Phone, or Timeline note that's longer (contains more text), the note appears cut-off when I later hover my mouse over the meeting note. However, I discovered that if I click "Edit" and scroll down, I'm able to read the remainder of the cut-off text *sometimes*. Other times the full text isn't saved and is lost. :-(
The ability to save time/date stamped notes is wonderful... but not really helpful if the full note isn't easy to read or access later on. Please make viewing time-line notes easier. The ability to save notes as "read-only" and have them shared with other OCM users would make OCM function like most Customer Manager Systems do.
Please add a section that displays the most recent patch fixes/version updates of OCM and their corresponding release dates to the Feedback section of this site so that users can see what issues have been recently resolved and that OCM is still being developed and at what rate.

There are currently 6 calendar overlay color options to choose from. Please add additional colors. For some reason my Outlook phone app has more colors to choose from, including my wife's favorite color, purple. Please add more colors to the desktop version of Outlook's Calendar Overlays so that I can make my wife's shared calendar overlay purple.

As of 09/06/2018 there seems to be a 512 character limit for each meeting or phone notes saved. After you exceed 512 characters the rest of your notes seem to be lost. :-(
No character count warning or limitation. OCM allows you to continue typing forever, but only the first 512 characters get saved.
Please expand or at least warn of character limit real-time within OCM. A print-view option would also be nice.
Please allow an option to sort/arrange "Task Subject"s alphanumerically.
For instance if I have the following example tasks in today's list, please sort them as follows:
0 Don't forget to drop-off Billy, first thing!
1 Send that important fax as soon as you get in the office.
1.5 Congratulate Bill after fax is sent.
2 Call Lucy at some point in the day.
5 Grocery Shop (can be done whenever)
Update e-mail password login.
Update wifi password.
I like using numbers to set a level of urgency/priority (more than just high or low priority) for my tasks and a simple way to accomplish this is by putting a number in the Subject line before the actual task.
FYI: RESETTING (and choosing to remove everything) in Windows 10 Pro fixes the eternal loading issue. Or the issue when Contacts, Companies, and Deals do not load on a particular PC.
Please create or add this solution to an FAQ section of for common issues people experience and how to fix them. It's literally taken me over a month of experimentation to find this solution myself. Microsoft support remote connected to my PC and was unable to figure it out. This solution might save others A LOT of time and frustration.
Doing a system Refresh and reinstalling Office 365 does not fix the eternal loading problem on the Windows 10 Pro PCs.
I just installed Windows 10 Pro on a new laptop and installed Office 365 BEFORE making any system settings changes and before removing any of the bloat-ware that comes with Windows and OCM works on it.
Please make it clear which programs or settings are needed for OCM to function.
Clear, non-hardware, system requirements would be super helpful!
Can I uninstall Internet Explorer and/or Edge and still use OCM without issues?
Many users prefer a custom Windows experience as well as a custom web browsing experience. If OCM is tied to either of these, please make it clear to prevent OCM technical issues.
