    Steve, you already can right click on say the sender in the from field and "Add to Outlook contacts" (although it is a much more convoluted process for keyboard users: open email, shift+tab until focus is on from field, shift+left arrow to select sender, then press context menu key and "add to Outlook contacts". What I read this request to be is to either automatically add, or prompt to add, people to your contacts based on your engagement, eg after replying to a particular sender a certain number of times (once, three times, whatever), then it's likely that person is someone you communicate with enough to want to add a contact for, so have Outlook either add them automatically, or ask "Would you like to add 'person' to your contacts"?
