It's super-frustrating that this works nearly everywhere else in my MacOS experience *except* in Outlook for Mac - where inserting links is a pretty common occurrence (or at least used to be, until I started getting stuck trying to remember the shortcut for this).

The "workaround" (that is reading the shortcut buried in one of the menus) sucks, because I can never remember where "insert hyperlink" logically belongs (because I almost never have to go looking for it, because the keyboard shortcut works everywhere else).

I specifically miss these in the Outlook compose window:
    - Up arrow should move to the beginning of the line if on first line of document (rather than doing nothing on the top line).
    - Down arrow should move to the end of the line if on the last line of text
