Absolutely agree, this should be an option for the Outlook desktop app too!

So that it is helpful for others who may be seeking a possible solution at the moment:

Option 1: via the Outlook desktop app if the Organizer is using the Zoom desktop app

    > When scheduling a Zoom Meeting and sending out the invitation via Outlook, those attendees who need to be BCC'd (hidden from the attendee list) can be added as a resource as noted in the following Microsoft Support post: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-bcc-recipients-to-a-meeting-request-fcaff39e-7fcd-4a77-81e9-b609c57dadb1?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us

Option 2: via the OWA (Outlook Web App) if the Organizer has the Zoom for Outlook Add-In from Microsoft AppSource (https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA104381712?src=office&tab=Overview)

When scheduling a Zoom Meeting via the OWA Calendar, select the 'Response options' dropdown > Hide attendee list

Unless I have misunderstood the OP's request, this feature is now available.

Please find below a link to an article about it posted on the Microsoft Tech Community by @Jessica_Wilczek: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-bookings-blog/microsoft-bookings-now-supports-online-meetings-and-group/ba-p/1214120

As noted, if the 'Add online meeting' toggle is turned on on the specific service where you would like it to be included and your organization has a Skype or Teams license, each booking that is made will automatically have a Skype or Teams meeting (depending on the organization settings: Skype for Business only vs Teams only vs Islands mode) link added to it. Staff members must have online meeting capabilities as a part of their Office 365 license to schedule online meetings.

Additionally, from the Booking Page, under Email notifications, if you check 'Send a meeting invite to the customer, in addition to the confirmation email.' it sends them an Outlook calendar invitation thus automatically showing up as an event on their Outlook calendar with the meeting details in the body and an ICS file that they can use to add the event to their calendar in case it is a 3rd party calendar where they would like to add the event.

    Thanks!
