I find it hard to believe from a microsoft stand point, that a 7 to 10 second delay from switching folders in outlook, or switching back and forth to already open word docs, is acceptable! I support office in an enterprise network that just switched from Office 2007 to 2016 AND I SEE THIS AS A DOWN GRADE.
Can someone explain to me why this is? Don't give me add-ins and machine type. This is unacceptable and a serious downgrade in performance. Unacceptable!
