You can remove the price option by selecting "Price not set" on the service in the Default Price section and it will not show any price (not even Free) on the bookings page. We are also working to make this the default.

We are happy to let you know that we recently completed work that lets you set up services that either last all day or that span multiple days. This feature was widely requested by Bookings customers and, if it’s not already available for you, it will soon be available for all Bookings customers to try.

To find the controls that let you set up an all-day or multi-day service first, log into Bookings and click into the Service details page. On that page you’ll see a new “Days” picker under the “Default duration” section of the page – next to the “Hours” and “Minutes” pickers. If you do not see this feature, please try back in a few days… it can take a few weeks for new features to get out to everyone. If you do see it, you can use it to set the number of days, hours, or…

The first iteration of custom questions and required field controls are available now to all Bookings users. You can add custom fields and control which questions are required on the booking form by clicking into Service details from the Services page and then clicking Modify.

We are marking this idea as “completed” but we plan to continue to work to provide more custom question types for you to choose from. The following article explains in more detail how to add custom questions to Bookings and how to choose which fields are required for your customers:

Sorry that bookingsqa mail bounced. We will check on that.
Meanwhile, please send through the bookings feedback (on the booking module) your email and a note about getting added to custom fields beta and we will get you added. Yes, it has taken longer than we anticipated and we apologize for the delay.

@Eli, you can send a mail to bookingsqa@microsoft.com and we will take care of that.

Sorry for the late response on this. Yes, we will send a notification here when the feature is enabled. We are very close and will be likely turning this on in a matter of few weeks (first for a small set of users and then expand to everyone after a few weeks) - if you would like to be added to Beta for this feature and provide early feedback, then please do let us know and we can look into adding your organization to the Beta.

The React Beta is a consumer only release for now, and groups do not exist in consumer, we will look at adding this when we start to focus on enterprise.

For the initial release we decided that view item attachments was not a valuable enough consumer feature to make it into the V1. Most of the usage/value is from enterprise use and we plan on adding this in the future.

Sharing this update with you because you expressed interest in requiring that a customer provide a valid credit card when booking with you. While not exactly that feature, we recently completed work that allows you to collect a credit card payment from your customers through Microsoft Bookings.

At this time, this set of features is only available to customers in North America (we plan to roll-out it more broadly in the future). It is also only currently available to customers whose Office 365 “Release preferences” are set to “Targeted release for everyone” or “Targeted release for selected users”.

To learn more about targeted release please see this support article:

                            https://support.office.com/article/Set-up-the-Standard-or-Targeted-release-options-in-Office-365-3b3adfa4-1777-4ff0-b606-fb8732101f47

If you are in North America and have your Office 365 release preferences set to one of the targeted release options described above, you will be able to accept payments through Bookings.

                            This article explains how:

                            We hope this…

Some services aren't offered exactly within my business hours. I'd like the flexibility to change the "availability" of a given service by specifying which hours of the day it can be offered.

Thanks for the feedback - we are looking into this and this will be made available in the new outlook.com UI hopefully soon.

This functionality (to search the calendar) should already be available in the new outlook.com UI (search box is on the top left corner of the calendar module).

The left nav also has a month picker that you can use to easily navigate to any dates - it also gives you the ability to navigate to any month or go forward/backward one year (click on the month name in the picker and give it a try).
