Show appointments older than three months in Outlook. Why is this so hard to do?
Link calendar with appointments older than recent 3 months. I often need to see last fall of a school year or an entire school year the following summer and cannot go back farther than most recent past 3 months. Why?
I rely on my cell phone to view my work calendar when away on business or from home so I would like to view calendar appointments older than 3 months in many cases. I don't always have my laptop with me to view thru OneDrive or spend time viewing on a phone browser. I want to see appointments several years back at times since we do educational reviews for our Catholic schools every 5 years and looking for appointments to verify school visits dates is very difficult now on the spur of a moment. Why have a dedicated Outlook app work only slightly well when you could make this work very well for us, the actual users of your product. Phone storage isn’t a problem for me but you could make some choices within the app work well for almost anyone.
Why are we suddenly restricted to the last 3 months calendar dates for appointments? I need the past several years for my job. Not to mention I need more than 1 year in the future. Why was this changed???
I can’t stress this enough that I need longer past calendar events beyond the most recent three months! I work on the road and need access to items older than three months ago more often than not. WHY CAN’T YOU ACCOMMODATE US AS USERS OF YOUR PRODUCT?!
PLEASE allow calendar appointments older than 3 months to be seen on my Outlook mobile. I am often remote from my office and simply cannot see anything older than 3 months prior. This is important at times to review a last-visit date when at a school which could be 5 years ago. I have asked for this many times and no one seems to understand how to do this. After all, isn’t Microsoft known for innovative ideas and listening to their end user?
