Is there a way to add a "post-it" type sticky note to an email or calendar entry so that you can add your thoughts without it being sent or visible to other users. This would allow you to add thoughts or reminders. It is not a flag, as it would allow you to add notes. It is not a task as tasks don't seem to allow notes to be added. It is not a sticky note as it can be "attached" to another item. If I schedule a meeting it would be great to add a note that reminds me what preparation i need to do, without it becoming part of the meeting invite - which everyone else would see. I haven't found any way to do this with the current plethora of tools.
