I would like to hide the certain items, Address and Assistant (HomePhone and TelephoneAssistant) from the address book. These items can be seen in the property window on the address book in Outlook client.

Currently we can’t export contacts in the new Outlook on the web due to the error.
Outlook client or external tools as alternative method are not supported in the customers’ environment.
Due to the above situation, it would be great if we could have a Office 365 standard feature to export the personal contact in EXO to CSV files.

After switching to the new Outlook on the web, exporting contacts will be blocked due to the invalid access error from the proxy server in customer’s environment because user agent data is missing on the http request.
I would like you to revert the exporting function to the previous version as previous UI did perform data export successfully.
We believe that many users have built similar security system, so we hope that Office 365 could align with those.

I would like to ask you to provide a public information about how to sort people in My Contacts which is shown in the To field in the new e-mail message creation window in the new Outlook on the web.
Currently, My Contacts lists people randomly, so it is difficult for me to find certain users when they have multiple items in their contacts.

When we click the To field in the e-mail creation window in the new Outlook on the web, contacts will show up. But it would be great that the order of people in My Contacts could be sorted by the display name. If they don’t have it, people should be sorted by their family name.

In the new version of Outlook on the web, we can see the room list distribution group but we can’t see meeting rooms in the group properly. The investigation has been started but the problem is not resolved yet. I hope you would improve the performance as soon as possible.

If you use Outlook on the web with Dark mode on Google Chrome and Chromium based Microsoft Edge, the Open Other Mailbox text field element is blacked out, and it seems that the field frame isn’t shown.
So, please fix the text field appearance.

Regarding with the room list which is shown when you create a new meeting calendar event from Outlook on the web in The new Outlook mode, only 50 rooms are shown. I would request you to increase them up to 100 like classic Outlook on the web does.

It would be efficient if I could search a meeting room by using the search box, Search for a city or room list, not just searching the room list.
If I do not use a meeting room list DL group, all rooms in a tenant are shown in the list but I cannot search a room.
