Request for a feature that can import/export data of Inbox rule even using Outlook on the web only.

If you follow the steps below in order to book a meeting room, then you open the item from the calendar of the organizer, the meeting rooms which were not booked will be shown. So, we don’t want them to be shown.

    1. Click Calendar at the bottom left navigation bar.
    2. Double click any timelines in own calendar
    3. Select the meeting invitation by going Untitled > Appointment
    4. Select a meeting room list distribution group from the meeting room list in the Browse Rooms pane > add an available meeting room
    5. Send it (the issue occurs whether or not you add To, Subject, or mail body)
    6. Select the Schedule assistance by double clicking the meeting created in own calendar
    7. All meeting rooms included in the meeting room list distribution group will be shown in addition to the meeting room originally selected

Implement a feature that can move mail items between folders by selecting all the items in Outlook on the web. You can perform it in Outlook client.

If you manually add a resource mailbox, you cannot view the free/busy information on the most top of the group schedule in Outlook client. But if a user has a full permission to a resource mailbox added by automapping, the information will be shown. We would like to show the free/busy information of resource mailboxes even if it is added manually without a full permission.

Enable the Auto Attendant from Shared mailbox connecting it directly to Outlook 2016 via MAPI while Outlook is not launched.

It would be great if we could set the maximum booking lead time of meeting room by date instead of number of days. For example, if we can set the lead time like “available to book until 3/30/2020”, it will be more useful.

I would like to use Teams client instead of the web app when starting chat conversation from Outlook on the web.

Implement a feature that can see unread mails as a list in sub folders/the third layer folders. If you want to see the unread mails in those folders, you have to expand them, and it is inconvenient.

Add a feature that can restrict user from inserting Emojis and GIFs when creating e-mails in Outlook on the web. We need admin control on the feature.

Implement a feature that can turn off Conversation view by default and a cmdlet that can set it in bulk in Outlook on the web.

I don’t see a setting that can cancel the Conversations view on Outlook on the web when accessing with mobile browsers.

I would like to change the display setting between Conversations and Messages like Ootw with PC browsers.
