    There are several caller id apps out there which can identify scammers etc. when they call you.
    How about integration between Office 365 and the caller id feature? So if someone from within your organization calls you then you can see their name, even if you don’t have them in your own contacts. If possible, secure and must be approved/allowed by an Office 365/AAD admin

    When using an Office 365 account then the search functionalities should include phone number. For instance if you have missed a call from a colleague but you do not know who it is then you could search for it (provided the information is in the proper fields within your organizations Office 365 tenant)
