The Outlook web app and Windows People app list a contact by the Company name if First name / Surname are blank. In Android Outlook, such contacts are not listed. A contact created with the First / surname field blank simply disappears when saved in Android Outlook, but syncs to Windows and the Web. This behaviour is inconsistent across Microsoft apps.

In Win10 mail IMAP accounts, sent emails are copied to Sent Items in the server's root folder, and this can't be changed. This folder is inaccessible in Android Outlook because it isn't below /Inbox, so in Android Outlook I can't see items sent in Windows Mail. Why not make these two apps compatible with each other?

I know it used to be there and I'm sure there were good reasons to move it, but I find the new arrangement counter-intuitive - I only discovered that I needed to tap on search by accident.

I have to open Outlook to get it to check for emails and put them in the widget display, even though it is set to do regular checks. It would be much better if this happened in the background without my intervention.
