    the contacts section of Outlook needs a complete overhaul. It takes too many clicks to get somewhere. Typed addresses are alyways parsed incorrectly into the fields, the relevant info does not show on the overview card and the folder view is still 1990.

    Everytime I install a new client: same game again - setup signatures...
    Apart from the fact that O365 is missing proper corporate signature functionality (how? why?) - even on a per account basis this should be possible.
    Please make us consistent across clients and take away the manual labour every single time...

    Archiving is super. Archiving with the Backspace key is even better. But often I archive E-Mails that I haven't read (because I know what the content is or am not interested). Now those messages show as unread in the Archive.

    Like on the mobile app I would like to be able to archive AND mark read E-Mails with one button press
