    this is a feature in most email clients today. essential productivity function

  2. the chain of emails should be in a top down approach where latest email of the thread is on top of the chains instead of bottom.

    currently when an email thread is created, the latest email is displayed and number of email counts within the thread displayed in the right hand side. what would be good is to be able to click on the name icon on left hand side and view the email thread as a nest. currently it appears as a single email chain which makes it hard to distinguish the email conversation
