Thumbs very definitely down on the new location for the search box. It is getting more irritating with every use. It's a longer stretch to quickly mouse to it, it's not near the email subject lines, doing anything other than a simple key word or contact search brings the drop down box which covers 2 inches of my screen, I have to move my line of sight up to the top of my screen above the ribbon (which I don't minimize) ... The previous search was close to what I was searching so I could scan very easily and the drop down option with the different search categories was inline with the box. while not perfect, was usable. This version just adds extra work to my day.

Changing the layout of the ribbons/toolbars without warning is a huge waste of my time. It takes 15 mins at least to remove and add buttons, and then, if it's a busy day, the automatic movements that are there from using the software day after day become useless. If you are going to change the ribbons at least let us know so that we can do a screen shot of the ribbons and an opt in/opt out choice. What would be better would be if we could make the choice easily, add an import commands tool, if one of the customized choices is no longer available, grey it out. What would be ideal is the reverse of the option available on the old ribbon set which had a drop down to swap to the simplified ribbon, so that we can swap back.

Changing the layout is irritating on 2 levels. When I get an update without warning on a busy dayIt takes up to 20 minutes every time you reset my ribbons.

I second, third and forth this request. It would have been okay if you added an advanced search filter as a pop-up menu. It is NOT okay to foist the drop down - cover my mail menu.

I need to have both my bosses account and mine open at the same time, at the moment I can't.
Also need to view email and calendar in separate windows - responding to availability requests is at least 10 % of my work. -

Color palette is very user unfriendly. The colors all blend together. The depth of color is so light that depending on the monitor, there is NO difference. eg Pale grey for regular calendar, pale purple for out of office. No way of telling at a glance if someone is in office or not.
In categories several colors are similar - eg steel & gray, dark steel & black. I have 20 categories and had to repeat a color for the last one I set up.
Need more office theme options. White and grey are hard to look for >4hrs a day. Color is marginally better but we need to be able to set font and background color for personal preference. Keeping in mind that there are users who are color blind, have poor vision, need specific backgrounds to text to allow them to read. etc

Just deleted another email with critical information. All I wanted to do was add a reminder --- Please, please fix this. Quick delete should be an option that the user turns on - in a business setting I use my keyboard most of the time and the mouse as little as possible.
Did try to move my flag to the first column. It didn't work, not only that, the columns I selected aren't all showing (and the ones that are showing are not in the order I set.) Not sure that any real end users were used in the evaluation of the software.
