We have troubles with recurrent meetings :
    - users report that they do not receive updates when there is a change in the meeting or in an occurrence of the meeting.
    - Users from both Exchange Onprem and Exchange Online
    - The common point for all the affected users would be that usually the problems occur for recurrent meetings that suffered many updates and changes (change of date / hour, adding attendees, change of content...).
    - The problem comes after many modifications of occurrences.
    - The only solution is to cancel the meeting and recreating.
    - The scenario cannot be reproduced on a systematic basis.
    * The majority of the problematic recurrent meetings are created by delegates (an assistant organizes and manages a meeting from the calendar of his/her responsible).
As a conclusion, we can say that : after xx modifications of occurrences in a recurrent meeting, the meeting accept no longer others modifcations.
Microsoft support team found the problem and tell us to open a "uservoice" too see if it's possible ti do an Outlook evolution about the reccurrent meetings.
