At Microsoft we pride ourselves on being customer focused and we apologize for the frustration that our decision to remove the FindTime add-in has caused for Outlook for Windows users.

We are committed to using important customer feedback received in this situation to inform our decisions, moving forward. We are working with urgency to re-enable the FindTime add-in as fast as we can.

    Stay tuned for updates.

    Thanks – Outlook Calendar Team

Have you tried making your own stationary for email? Check out https://support.office.com/en-us/article/create-stationery-for-email-messages-b5552ece-8f09-49ce-81a1-c1b7d347914f
It took me three tries to get it right, but it works. Once you have stationary you can set it as default for your mail messages.

I know that this is probably not the solution you're looking for, but OutlookGoogleCalendarSync might help.

    https://github.com/phw198/outlookgooglecalendarsync
    https://phw198.github.io/OutlookGoogleCalendarSync

I have used it in the past and it operates as advertised. It's an app that runs on your computer and synchronizes calendars.

Is this the same as showing yourself as busy or available? If you select show as busy, then the entire day is highlighted in the calendar. If you show as free, then it is not. Or are you asking for it to highlight in your calendar but show as free to others?

Have you tried Creating a new Quick Step? Create an appointment with text of message might be what you need. What do you think?

They are working on this. It's in the Office 365 Roadmap. Feature ID 16401.

Removal of Safe Links Re-write for Outlook Client(s)

For users using Outlook, Safe Links will render the original URL and not show the re-written URL. This will enable users to view the original link that arrives in an email.

    Estimated Release: February CY2018
    Feature ID: 16401
    Added to Roadmap: 09/01/2017
    Last modified : 02/09/2018

Reply all. I agree that it might be hard to figure it out, but if you do reply regularly to emails from your sent folder, then you will remember to use reply all.
