   Outlook 2010 the views for connected shared mailboxes where stored even when those mailboxes were connected in online mode (when you setup the mailbox under you own mail account).
   With Outlook 2013/2016 this does not work anymore. As a result, if the shared mailbox contains a large folder structure Outlook will not be store the last view of unfolded folders. Of course, you can enable the feature "Download shared folders", but if you share your mailbox with many persons folder chaos will be the result. (working double on mails, etc.).

   Please re-enable in Outlook the option to save the folder view in online mode for shared mailboxes and folder.
