Not only am I getting double booked, I am getting booked for services for which I am not assigned! If this keeps happening, we'll need to use a more reliable scheduling system.

Some of our writers (we're a tutoring center) are saying they don't receive confirmation emails. Some don't supply a complete email, but others have.

Yes. We work on semesters. I want to close off during breaks without blocking people for time off. I don't want to control their personal calendars in that way. I want to accept appointments through, say, December 8 not so many days out in the future because that changes every day.

I have a tutoring center. I'd actually prefer that the different campuses be on the same Bookings calendar, but it can't distinguish what day is where, so the next option would be that I can have remote sites without recreating all of the services and staff for each site.

Under Services, to to the service and scroll to Custom Fields and then Modify.

I tried to fake it out by putting in Taylor site 1 and Taylor site 2, but it told me the person was already in the schedule.

Very important for us. I just put them all in one Bookings schedule, and now I don't know who was in which city for which person! So, I'm here trying to figure out how to duplicate the 55 hours of work it took to create all of our services and schedules--and getting it to sync with our Outlook to handle the recurring appointments!

You can do this, although it doesn't show the details. However, I'm still getting double booked.
