    I am a service tech and place all my service calls into the Outlook calendar. I have the ability to search previous serial numbers and previous service calls for resolutions. It is a great help being out in the field and having the ability to search my calendar.

    I'm a service tech and use the notes feature in the calendar appointments to copy my work orders. It would be nice to be able to search on my phone while I am at a customer site to find reoccurring issues.
