  1. Change spam filtering protocols so that when I move email from the spam folder into my regular inbox, you recognize the sender as not spam.

    i have legitimate email that continues to show up in 'spam' evdn though i repeatedly send them go my inbox.

    my business clients email always come in the ' spam folder
    no matter how many times l hit ' not spam it always come back in the spam folder. what the he'll is the ' not spam button for when it does absolutely nothing.

  4. Actually do something about the huge list of suggestions & complaints. Some of my gripes have been there for AGES.

    I'm sick and tired of autofill bring up email addresses that were classified as spam or junk.

  8. When I forward an email, why the cursor now automatically jump to the message body instead of the TO field??? This is really dumb.

  9. allow deletion of autofill contacts. it is dangerous to have no way of deleting old email contacts in the autofill feature.

  10. Please add better fraud detection for scam emails posing as legitimate companies. Apple, PayPal, Amazon, etc... you name it.

  13. Don't hide the REAL email address of the sender. Outlook only shows a coloured circle with a letter, dangerous spams are hidden this way.

  15. remove the 'unsubscribe' from your inbox menu. this only tell spammers that your inbox is active, the results being more spam in your inbox.
