As long as it's smart enough to differentiate settings for different screen resolutions and local settings that should only be applied to laptops or desktops.

I agree, this drab grey color screen is screwing me up and making me look like a liar. For example, you insist on enabling focused inbox which just confuses most people. 1. STOP CHANGING THINGS FOR THE SAKE OF CHANGING THINGS. Then I tell them to go to view and look for the icon which we all miss because we're all busy, in the middle of work and stressed with other issues. I googled it and realized that the color of the icon went from yellow to nothing and I skipped right over it. NOT USER FRIENDLY.

Not only should it be alias's set within exchange, but external mailboxes that I forward mail to. This is something Gmail has supported and is very convenient. You don't have to think about changing the from account, it defaults to reply from the account/ alias the message was sent to. So simple, really need this feature in Outlook ASAP

When my monitors sleep, and I receive e-mails overnight. Outlook doesn't bother to notify them because it knows no one is on the computer. In the morning when I wake the system by moving the mouse I get an onslaught of notifications, sound and all. It is overkill especially first thing in the morning. I realize I have mail to check, don't need notifications for each one. I don't want to turn notifications off because I do like it during the day. But holding them up to dump them all on me first thing in the morning is truly annoying. I mute my speakers but still would like a checkbox to disable this feature.

In OWA you can open a group mailbox as a shared mailbox and have access to all the folder in that mailbox. You could then create subfolders if you wanted to. That is not an option in outlook. Adding a group mailbox like a shared mailbox is not supported.
