   Some precious space is wasted there.
   You even had to add graphical elements to the blue bars to make them look better and lighter.
   But that doesn't solve the problem.
   Reduce the thickness of the blue bar, optimize content density of ribbon space underneath and give the additional space back to the "productive" space, i.e. inbox list, calendar....
