How do I add sender to contacts. I cant find it on good old working hotmail. Nothing that I click on in the beta works,I click and nothing happens. it is very hard to navigate. Inbox is a nightmare Beta looks like it was designed by a smart phone millennial geek.This is email NOT phone mail.What is the email address or phone number of your Customer Service center or is there a reason we cant get a hold of you?

I don't know what that means . Are they talking about those annoying , meaningless big colored circles with the letters in them? What is the email of your complaint department?It should be designed so it is logical, and doesn't need instructions.You have never sent m an email

To improve Outlook hot mail, get rid of the Beta button.
Flag Beta inappropriate.
In box ,files and folders are something a Desk come with.They don't need instructions, they are self explanatory. And anyone can use them with out instruction. Except for Beta.
