We haven't heard from Microsoft now in over a year on adding OCM to E3.
Sounds more like a business decision that it is not included rather than a technical one. Just saying.

Actually Customer Manager was the primary reason for us getting an E3 subscription!

Microsoft Admin can you provide a link to the OCM product development road map so that we can see the direction MS is going with this project and whether your schedule is aligned with ours?
I'd also like some clarity as to whether it will be available on E3 anytime soon, and why it is not available now with that premium plan.

Microsoft Admin, are there plans to make Outlook Customer Manager available to E3 Subscribers or do we need to downgrade.
Ironically this was one of the reasons we opened a 365 account in the first place.
