What do you mean by that exactly? I can click on any of my columns by which I can sort, e.g., by From, Subject, Received, Size, Attachment, etc. I can also add other columns of interest and sort on those, too. As for grouping, I have mine group by conversation so that all email under the same subject are placed together. So handy. As for grouping by Projects, Leads, Family, Friends, etc..., you can create rules and assign categories to them based on some sort of logic, and then be able to sort these email by categories!

Us older folks with newer high-resolution screen need to see Outlook Navigation / Folder pane in larger font. It was possible to customize that prior to Outlook 2016. Many said that feature was removed but I find that hard to believe such a fine firm like Microsoft would deliberately remove that feature. Please investigate this oversight and tell us how we can now select fonts for the left pane. Thank you!

For cache-enabled Outlook, whether on-premise or Office 365 Exchange Server, when one sends a message, either new or reply, a copy gets saved to one's Sent Items folder. Now, if the message in the Sent Items folder gets modified from anywhere but the Outlook that originally sent it, Outlook does not sync with the modified message. If the messages were created, deleted or copied into the Sent Items folder from another computer, this one will sync correctly those items. Just not for modified ones. This is an issue because the modified ones get stamped with a footer, which shows up everywhere else but the Outlook that originally sent it. I would have to clear the cache to see the modified item. Note that if I did the same edit in Inbox or even Deleted Items folders, the modified items correctly sync. Just not the Sent Items. Tired of clearing the Sent Items folder cache to get the latest. Thank you.
