Having another optional column in which to display sender's email address is necessary for users who receive voluminous messages because often messages come from different people at a domain regarding the same subject, but subject is misstated and the persons name is unknown. Another solution would be a choice option to display sender's email or name... But as is, displaying just the name does not work in high traffic situations. Sorting on the FROM column is not a solution to the issue... Being able to see the email address complete with domain is the only workable solution.

A message has been either dragged or copied to a folder outside of Outlook365 desktop for processing expediency. But when attempting to open the message to access its contents, the new email account setup opens requiring a new email account. If an account is required, should it not just use the TO account in Outlook365 desktop?

Since items can be added to the to-do list by flagging an e-mail item, the to-do list then needs the option to display the sender (from). As is I have to remember the sender's subject, or hunt by opening to find it. From would be very solution oriented... Especially if I have multiple flagged items from the same sender.

Outlook 2016: Since several very useful commands have been deprecated in Outlook 2016, can you either restore them or provide an easy context menu editor. We use Message Options most frequently. But, a Customize command in all context menus would make the most sense, so a user could make context menus most effective for their particular operating environment.

    Outlook 2016:
1] time stamp drafts when saved; that will make it easier to find the desired ones.
2] Provide a save-all function for in-preparation messages, so that when necessary to reboot or restart Outlook all in-prep messages can be save with one step. Further, the time stamping will facilitate easily locating them after restart.

Sorry Stefan, but I do not want social media accessible by staff. If they implement your suggestion, it had better have an administrative lock-out. Text on cell phones creates enough of a distraction problem. Heaven forbid that social media should ever get openly and uncontrollably integrated into e-mail clients.

Amen! Apparently, they are trying to make us operate like all of us are are on mobile or have touch screens. There is too much clutter username the reading pane header. Let us pick our reading pane header based on our environment, PLEASE! I am so frustrated with office 2016... I bit the bullet and upgraded, now I wish I could revert. Open source products are looking better and, frankly, in most cases work better and more efficiently.

Outlook2016 Attachment handling needs vast improvement. Bulk handling features to enable managing voluminous attachments would be helpful. OneDrive is not an option (security). Dictating save location needed. Rule options to enable multiple save folders would work nicely, provided access to those folders is permitted.
