    Yes it is browser dependent. It works with Internet Explorer (not edge).

    Working on it  ·  Outlook Customer Manager responded

    We are sorry and are working on bringing it back as soon as possible. With the old implementation we had some issues with loading a lot of deals and contacts, so we had to make the change to improve performance.
