I get very little actual junk mail, but several legitimate messages a day end up in the junk mail folder. The system is not learning when I mark messages as "not junk", and the same emails from the same senders keep ending up there.
I need a setting to disable automatic junk filtering, or a filter option to mark messages as "not junk".
I couldn't find my contacts within the outlook app, only found them by accident. This should be a button alongside the mail and calendar buttons, not hidden behind search.
The feature to save outlook contacts to the phone means it's important to have a way to manage them on the phone (since they're read-only in the native contacts app).
Support for showing all flagged messages as a "smart folder", not having to switch to "tasks/todos"

Need a way to delete ALL events from primary outlook.com calendar. Or at least a way to view them all in a list which allows deleting.
