We’re sorry people are experiencing issues here. We have gone back to the old behavior for the left-hand folder tree to always show since last year and we hope this has addressed most issues.

There are some reports in the comments about individual folders not showing up. In order for us to get to the bottom of the issue, please post as much detail as possible in your comments. What steps are you taking? Which browser/computer/operating system are you using?

    Thank you for your help.

Sorting still sucks. The new format still pretends to give you an option but that is ******** because no matter which option you choose Outlook will put it right back to new email on top. I WANT THE OLD EMAIL ON THE BOTTOM. There are a number of threads about this and nothing has been done about it. Do you people think that you know more than us what the **** we want?

    Click on filter

    Click on sort by

Click on date so that the arrow is pointing up and old emails are at the top, or choose any other option besides sorted by date with new emails at top.

Everything you just did is a total waste of time because the first time you go somewhere else, to deleted emails for example because you deleted one by accident, when you come back the emails will be sorted by date new emails at the top.

Just in case you're wondering the only way I can sign in is to post a message, Clicking on "sign in" does not work. Just like sorting the email does not work

I want my email sorted by date arrow up. I want it to stay that way. Why does it keep changing back to date arrow down?

This totally sucks. Who the **** designed this? I tried to sign in and when I entered my email there was no place to put any password. The only option was "or sign in with outlook.com etc" and when I click on that I got a ******* popup that has nothing to do with signing in

I don't want to do any of that ****. I want to ask a simple question.
