Thanks for trying the Outlook.com beta! We’re glad to inform that you can turn the Reading Pane off yourself by taking these steps:
1. Go to Settings (you should see the Quick Settings in the side pane)
2. Reading pane > Hide (it’s a radio button)
If this is the mode you prefer, go right ahead and personalize your Outlook.com that way!
Thank you for your feedback. We stop users from using an older password to help protect them against malicious logins. We understand that this can be annoying but our users’ security is of paramount importance to us.

Are you using single line view or 3-column view?
The back button on the left side of the search box (after the search is executed) takes you back to the search results list if you are in single line view. It exits the search if you are in 3-column view.

We've begun to roll-out the ability for Office 365 subscribers to connect a GoDaddy domain to Outlook.com. You can find more details below.
You can have up to five members if you have an Office 365 Home subscription. You make a good point though that the current text is confusing for customers who don't have an Office 365 Home subscription. We will fix this - thanks for the feedback!
I see that your Office 365 subscription is currently in a "Suspended" state. This could be caused by your credit card expiring. Could you go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and confirm that your payment details are up to date? Once your subscription goes back to "Active", premium Outlook benefits will be turned on for you.
Thank you for using Outlook.com and reaching out to us regarding your recent experience.
Currently, this channel is dedicated to feedback requests only, but we recently added in-app support to assist you with your questions and concerns.
To contact in-app support please use the following steps:
Sign into your email account on any web browser on a pc or Mac, www.outlook.com .
Click the ? in the top menu bar to open the Help pane.
Click on the Help link toward the bottom of the pane to open the Contact Support box.
We look forward to assisting you there!
All the best
The Outlook Team
PS: Please use the Help Section of the app for any questions, we are not able to see replies to this address.
Just following up on this, I do see an active subscription for your account and your premium benefits should be active. Can you provide more details on which features you are not seeing? Keep in mind that in order to get all our latest features, you need to opt-in to the new Outlook.com experience on the web.

Thanks for your feedback. We need more details to understand what's going on. Are you unable to delete a specific email item? Or do you want all emails from a specific sender to be marked as junk?
Addressing some of the other comments on this thread:
You can delete an email without opening it by swiping left on the email (unless you have changed the default swipe action). You can also long press an email and then select multiple emails and delete them together.
Thanks for raising the issue. Have you already tried to mark these emails as Junk? Alternatively, you can create a rule from the desktop web version from which can delete the emails automatically.
We are working on better showing new email notifications. Please stay tuned.
Thanks for your feedback. We have made the encryption available for outlook.com premium user on April 2018. Please try and let us know.
Thanks for you feedback. Outlook.com does support encryption, but it is only available to Premium user. You could upgrade to outlook.com premium and get that encryption feature.
Hey, L.W. This functionality exists in the search box today. If you search from your inbox, you'll see a label that says "All folders" with a filter button next to it on the right side of the search box. Clicking that will open the search refiners menu where you can change the scope of your search by folder, can filter between a date range, and whether or not the results returned have attachments.
Thanks for sharing the feedback!
