Thank you for your feedback. If you do not wish to use the new experience, you can opt out of it by switching off the Outlook beta toggle in the folder list. https://support.office.com/en-ie/article/Learn-about-the-Outlook-com-beta-for-your-phone-s-browser-0DCFD8A4-49AD-466B-80E7-B8FFF142FEFA this article contains a screenshot of how to turn it off.

If the Outlook beta toggle has been turned off, then you are still using the older experience.

We are striving to make the Outlook experience better and your feedback can help us. Let us know what it is about Outlook beta that you do not like.

    Thanks,
    Outlook team

    Hi Anonymous

The Outlook beta should have no effect on the spam mail you are getting. Check out this page https://support.office.com/en-us/article/help-keep-spam-and-junk-email-out-of-your-outlook-com-inbox-a3ece97b-82f8-4a5e-9ac3-e92fa6427ae4 to see how you can combat spam.

    Hi Anonymous

To delete junk mail or mail in any folder, just long press an email to activate the multi select mode. You can then select all the mail and take any action on them.

We are also planning to build the sweep feature. You can vote for the feature here https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/910579-outlook-com-mobile-webpage-beta/suggestions/34283605-sweep.

Thank you for your feedback. If you are looking to modify the email access settings for another account that you have synced with your Outlook account, you cannot do this from the mobile web. You can do this from the desktop web by following these steps.
    1. Click the gear icon to launch the Quick Settings panel.
    2. Click “View all Outlook settings”.
    3. Under the Mail tab, go to “Sync email”.
    4. Under the “Manage your connected accounts” section, click the pencil icon to edit the email access settings of the connected account.

Let us know if you were trying to do something else.

Hi everyone, First I want to thank you for using our product and thank you for taking time to provide your feedback. We are investigating this issue so your help to assist us better understanding the situation is appreciated.

Are you using single line view or 3-column view?

The back button on the left side of the search box (after the search is executed) takes you back to the search results list if you are in single line view. It exits the search if you are in 3-column view.

    Thanks!

We've begun to roll-out the ability for Office 365 subscribers to connect a GoDaddy domain to Outlook.com. You can find more details below.

You can have up to five members if you have an Office 365 Home subscription. You make a good point though that the current text is confusing for customers who don't have an Office 365 Home subscription. We will fix this - thanks for the feedback!

    Hi there,

I see that your Office 365 subscription is currently in a "Suspended" state. This could be caused by your credit card expiring. Could you go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and confirm that your payment details are up to date? Once your subscription goes back to "Active", premium Outlook benefits will be turned on for you.

    Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. We need more details to understand what's going on. Are you unable to delete a specific email item? Or do you want all emails from a specific sender to be marked as junk?

Addressing some of the other comments on this thread:
You can delete an email without opening it by swiping left on the email (unless you have changed the default swipe action). You can also long press an email and then select multiple emails and delete them together.

    Hi,

Thanks for raising the issue. Have you already tried to mark these emails as Junk? Alternatively, you can create a rule from the desktop web version from which can delete the emails automatically.

We are working on better showing new email notifications. Please stay tuned.

Hey, L.W. This functionality exists in the search box today. If you search from your inbox, you'll see a label that says "All folders" with a filter button next to it on the right side of the search box. Clicking that will open the search refiners menu where you can change the scope of your search by folder, can filter between a date range, and whether or not the results returned have attachments.

Thank you for your feedback. There could be various reasons why you aren’t able to see email in your inbox. Please visit this article https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Fix-Outlook-com-email-sync-issues-d39e3341-8d79-4bf1-b3c7-ded602233642 to see some of the reasons.

Let us know if this solves your problem. If your reason is not listed in the article above, can you reach out to us with more details like what browser and OS you are using? That will help us figure out the issue.

Once again we value your continued patronage.

    Hi,

Thank you for raising your concern. Could you please check your Junk E-mail folder? If not, it could be a case that your other email domain might be having issues.

Thank you all for your feedback. Today you can empty any folder by following these steps.
    1. Long press an email to activate multi select mode.
    2. Tap the “Select All” option on the top right.
    3. Tap the trash icon on the bottom right to delete all the selected email.

We are planning to also make it easier to empty a folder by providing an empty folder option. Let us know if that would help.

    Hi,

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We will address this soon. You can currently press "Select All" and press the delete button. Alternatively, you can click on "Delete All" button in the desktop web version.

Here's how to delete everything in a folder:
    1. long press on any item in the message list so multi-select is enabled
    2. tap "select all" on the top right
    3. tap the trash can on the bottom right

We just added the ability to empty entire folder. Please trying multi-selecting all, and delete again - it should work now.

First enable multi-select by long press on any item, then tap "select all" then delete.

Thank you for your feedback. We are considering adding the option to recover deleted items in the outlook.com experience on the mobile browser. In the meantime you can recover your deleted items if you access outlook.com on a laptop or a desktop. Just go to the “Deleted Items” folder and you will find the option to recover deleted items. Visit this article https://support.office.com/en-us/article/restore-deleted-email-messages-in-outlook-com-cf06ab1b-ae0b-418c-a4d9-4e895f83ed50 to know more.

    Hi,

Thank you for giving us feedback. We are working feature for the mobile web version. However, you can currently recover your deleted items from the Desktop Web version.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry that you haven’t been able to block certain contacts. We are considering bringing this ability to outlook on the mobile browser. However in the meantime you can do this from outlook.com on a desktop or a laptop. Follow the steps mentioned here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/how-do-i-block-the-email-of-someone-harassing-me/d2d4a775-b8c8-4c38-bcc6-404a940030e8.

You can switch back by opening folder pane, scroll down, and toggle Outlook Beta.

Thank you for your feedback. We will consider bringing the option to turn off focused inbox in outlook.com on the mobile browser. In the meantime, you can also turn it off by accessing outlook.com through a desktop or laptop. You will find the option to turn off the Focused Inbox under Quick settings.

You can turn it off via options setting. Note the setting is only available on desktop browsers (i.e. you need to use a computer to turn it off), but the change will be applied on mobile as well.
